When you ask a question, Brontwell sends only the profile data relevant to that specific query to OpenAI Ireland Ltd. — your name, email, and device identifiers are never included. We apply GDPR data minimization per query.

No — your personal health data is not used to train AI models. Our DPA with OpenAI Ireland Ltd. prohibits OpenAI from using your data for model training.

Can I use Brontwell for my pet?

Yes — Brontwell supports pet profiles alongside human profiles in the same app. Each profile keeps its own biology separate. During Alpha, pet profiles carry an additional caution notice as veterinary guidance is still being expert-validated.

Your profile data is stored on your device — not on any server. For AI processing, queries are sent to OpenAI Ireland Ltd. (Dublin), which is EU-based, under our GDPR Data Processing Agreement.
